Team Northwestern Places 5th in NASA's Martian Habitat Design Competition

Professors Donna Jurdy and Seth Stein consulted with Team Northwestern in the 3D-Printed Habitat Centennial Challenge sponsored by NASA and Bradley University. Team Northwestern's Martian habitat placed 5th in the competition, top among university entries. The team will now continue on to the next phase of the competition, producing 3D-printed materials and interior designs.
